Schedule: 32 hours per week; Mon-Fri (half days on Mon & Fri)

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. What You'll Do

As a trusted partner to executive leadership, you will:

  • Coordinate executive calendars and meetings
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence
  • Organize meetings and events with exceptional attention to detail
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on strategic initiatives
  • Create and maintain Excel reports, graphs, and financial summaries
  • Manage expense reports, mileage reimbursement, and purchasing requests
  • Handle special projects and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Provide outstanding customer service to staff, patients, families, and community partners
  • Maintain organized office systems and assist with front desk coverage as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who...

'14; Is highly organized and can successfully manage multiple priorities

'14; Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

'14; Exercises sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality

'14; Enjoys solving problems and anticipating the needs of executive leadership

'14; Has strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

'14; Can create reports, track data, and present information effectively

'14; Thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Qualifications

  • Three years of college or business school, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting a senior executive
  • Hospice or healthcare experience preferred
  • Commitment to the hospice philosophy of compassionate care
