Dietary Manager

Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Manager / Food Service Supervisor to lead our dietary department and ensure high-quality food service and nutritional care for our residents.

Food Service & Dietary Operations

• Assist with food ordering, inventory, storage, and meal preparation

• Ensure compliance with safe food handling and sanitation standards

• Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation

• Implement menu changes and substitutions as needed

• Ensure staff follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines

Leadership & Administrative Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the dietary department

• Supervise and assist dietary staff as needed

• Participate in staff meetings, department head meetings, and committees

• Help develop and update policies and procedures

• Step into hands-on roles to support the team when needed
