Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-level Lube Technician to join our award-winning team. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability and satisfaction our customers have come to expect. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality automotive care.
We are seeking a high-level Lube Technician to join our award-winning team. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability and satisfaction our customers have come to expect. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality automotive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance services.
- Inspect and report on vehicle conditions to ensure the safety and reliability of repairs.
- Perform flushes and other maintenance.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and address basic mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with shop standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining recommendations clearly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role. (Preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance protocols.
- Ability to perform multi-point inspections and basic diagnostics.
- Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). (Preferred but not required)
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time (Currently 6am to 2pm).
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 40 per week.
