As a Fabricator, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by fabricating, repairing, modifying, and maintaining metal components, equipment, and tooling used throughout the plant.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Welding, cutting, grinding, and fitting metal components
  • Fabricating parts and assemblies to precise measurements
  • Repairing and modifying production equipment and tooling
  • Using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely
  • Maintaining quality standards and ensuring accuracy of work
  • Supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams
  • Following all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:
  • Experience with fabrication, welding, machining, or industrial maintenance.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using fabrication tools and shop equipment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Bonus Skills:
  • MIG, TIG, or Stick Welding experience.
  • CNC machining experience.
  • Metal fabrication certifications.
  • Industrial plant or manufacturing experience.
