Steamboat Hospitality, formerly known as Resort Group is GROWING and we are looking to fill a unique key role as an Area Housekeeping Manager. This position will oversee daily housekeeping operations for our newest luxury property, The Amble, as well as two other elevated properties.

$80,000-$83,000 Annual Salary DOE

This role is ideal for someone who has comprehensive housekeeping skills in leadership, maintaining excellent service standard, and building strong long-term client relationships.

Summary/ Qualifications

  • 4 years or more in housekeeping operations in manager role with a strong knowledge of housekeeping service practices
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English (preferred)
  • Self-motivated individually and able to manage a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Adapts to frequent changes in the department
  • Able to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record compliant with our insurance requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervisory position that is responsible for the overall management of a housekeeping department division. The Area Housekeeping Manager is responsible for scheduling and managing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and identifying opportunities to expand services through client needs and property evaluations.

This position directs workers responsible for the cleaning of private condominiums and homes in the hospitality division and assists with the management of HOAs at assigned properties. Implements and oversees a service excellence program for the department to ensure all staff members have a level of competency consistent with the duties we perform.
