Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali is looking to grow our Front of House team with energetic, dependable Bussers/Runnerswho are passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. This is a combined role, with each shift assigned specifically as either a Food Runner or Busser, depending on operational needs.

Position DetailsLocation: Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali
Position: Busser/Runner
Shift Availability- Breakfast: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Brunch: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Lunch: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Dinner: 3:45 PM – 10:00 PM
A minimum availability of three shifts per week is required.
Pay RateBase Wage: $14.75 per hour + tips
Average total earnings range from $25–$38 per hour, including tips.
Tips are pooled and paid electronically every Tuesday.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver food accurately and efficiently while ensuring exceptional presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Clear, reset, and maintain dining tables to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist servers by refilling water, delivering guest requests, and supporting overall service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and work areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive service while helping create an outstanding guest experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays, bus tubs, and restaurant equipment.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
