Before and After School Group Leader

This program is a licensed child care program that provides outstanding child care to children in Montgomery County, PA. We are currently looking for caring and respectful group leaders for our program. We are committed to hiring a high energy and hardworking staff that will ensure our program continues to provide exceptional care.

This position will begin in August 31st. The position is for School Year 2026/2027

This hours for this position are 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM.

Reports to: Program Director

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising and interacting with children ages K- 7th Grade
• Supervising children at all times
• Preparing and serving snack
• Direct daily activities that include arts & crafts, special programs, playground time and much more.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service with parents and school personnel.
• Being a team player and helping all staff as needed

Requirements:

• 18 years old +
• Degree preferred
