Drop Bury Team Lead

NC FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $25–$30/hr
Job Summary
Leads drop bury operations including underground fiber placement, cable burial, restoration, and pathway preparation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead drop bury activities
• Perform hand trenching and machine trenching
• Bury cable from home to curb/street
• Ensure proper depth and routing
• Conduct fiber verification/testing
• Splicing of fiber as needed
• Guide assistant technician
• Maintain safety and quality standards
Requirements
• Underground / OSP fiber experience
• Knowledge of burial and trenching practices
• Fiber splicing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
