Dietary Supervisor (Weekends)

As a Dietary Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. You will oversee all aspects of food production in our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. You'll be responsible for training and leading your staff, as well as addressing the daily nutritional needs of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in ensuring all Department of Health regulations are followed in meal preparation and service.
• Prepare menus and schedule staff efficiently.
• Supervise dining services personnel, enforcing policies and procedures to provide timely, high-quality food service.
• Direct Dietary Aides during meal services and ensure proper cleanup.
• Complete all required forms and reports accurately and promptly.
