Job Summary

As a Floor Tech, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and creating a warm and inviting environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
Perform various duties related to patient care, including taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with patient transfers
Maintain a clean and organized environment by restocking supplies, disposing of waste, and performing light housekeeping tasks
Assist with meal and snack preparation, serving, and cleaning up
Support the nursing team with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
0 years of experience required (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
