As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary care to our residents. In this dynamic role, you will assist in the preparation and service of meals, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide support to our dietary staff.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and service of meals, including setting up and cleaning up after meals
Maintain a clean and organized dietary department, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
Restock supplies and inventory, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal service and meet resident dietary needs and preferences
Provide support to the dietary staff, including serving meals, clearing tables, and assisting with laundry and other duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
