The Learning Experience – Owings Mills is hiring an Early Childhood Education Teacherto guide our 2-year-old classroom. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Deliver daily lessons aligned with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support early language development, movement, creativity, and exploration
- Guide daily routines including meals, diapering or toileting, transitions, and rest time
- Encourage peer interaction, self-help skills, and emotional development
- Communicate consistently with families regarding daily activities and progress
- Collaborate with teaching teams and leadership to maintain Maryland licensing and quality standards
- Must meet Maryland Infant and Toddler and Preschool Teacher licensing requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in an early childhood classroom (1 year preferred)
- High school diploma required; CDA or early childhood coursework strongly preferred
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
