Professional Driver -Shuttle, Full Time

You will safely transport workers between designated locations on a fixed schedule or on-demand and deliver excellent customer service. This role includes performing routine vehicle inspections and communicating effectively with dispatch to keep trips on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the shuttle bus along assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service; greet passengers andassistwith boarding.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and Hours of Service requirements.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections; document mileage, fuel.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatchregardingdelays, changes, incidents, or hazards.
• Adjust routes as needed for traffic, construction, or weather while prioritizing safety and on-time performance.
• Support safe boarding practices; manage onboard conduct to ensure a comfortable ride for all passengers.
• Follow incident and accident reporting procedures; complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Participate in required safety meetings and training; uphold company dress code and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL/Class A/B with passenger endorsementrequired.
• Mustbe at least 25 years old.
• Minimum 2 years professional driving experience required.
• Ability to pass backgroundcheck, drug/alcoholscreeningand DOT physical.
• Strong communicationand customer service skills; calm, professional demeanor.
• Flexibility toworkvaried shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pays$25.00 an hour for both full-time and part-time drivers
• $1,500 Sign-on Bonus
• Benefits available for full-time drivers
