Bartender

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender at Volare Rooftop Bar.

As a Bartender, you’ll be an essential part of our Food & Beverage Team, delivering excellent service to our guests. This role is perfect for students or individuals interested in hospitality, customer service, and food and beverage operations.

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly, professional service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift
• Recommend drinks and menu items based on guests' preferences
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service
• Work collaboratively with teammates to provide a smooth and efficient service experience
• Assist with guest needs, special requests, and problem-solving as needed

• A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay engaged in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
• Ability to obtain any required local certifications

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend and kneel as needed
