Preschool Teacher

For over 50 years, Gingerbread Preschool and Child Care Center has been providing family-focused care for children in the Watertown area. We pride ourselves on serving generations of families. Come and join our fun, respectful, open, welcoming team! We are looking for someone who would be comfortable to help in multiple different classrooms and/or areas of the center.

• Provide a fun space for children to learn, grow and explore
• Help children feel safe, secure, and encouraged
• Regular and open communication with parents/guardians
• Support and encourage fellow team members to create a positive atmosphere

• Have a positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Be able to work Monday - Friday, flexible hours
• Have a passion for working with children
• Take CPR/AED training within the first 6 months
• Have the ability to assist with the implemented curriculum to foster the love of learning - the directors and/or other staff members will provide support with this while your knowledge grows
• Be able to pass background checks
• Be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations
