Position Summary

The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential and commercial plumbing systems while delivering a five-star customer experience.

This role requires strong technical skills, clear communication, and the ability to educate customers on solutions that protect their home and improve system performance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (leaks, fixtures, water heaters, drains, etc.)

• Install and replace water heaters (tank & tankless)

• Perform system inspections and maintenance

• Provide repair and replacement options to customers

• Maintain clean, organized company vehicle

• Complete all job notes, photos, and documentation accurately

• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Uphold Holy City’s Care Pledge on every job

• Identify opportunities for system upgrades when appropriate (water filtration, tankless, etc.)

Qualifications

• 2+ years plumbing service experience preferred

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to work independently

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience with flat-rate pricing preferred

• Ability to use tablets/field software for job documentation
