Now Hiring: Paraprofessional – Community Support Team (CST)
Location: Charlotte NC

Join our team at Carolina Therapeutic Services First and make a difference in the community! We provide hands-on support to adults with mental health and/or substance use needs, helping them build life skills, access resources, and achieve independence.

What You’ll Do:

• Support clients in daily living, coping skills, and community activities
• Assist with appointments, transportation, and skill-building
• Document progress and communicate with the CST team
• Help clients stay safe and thrive in the community

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Associate degree preferred)
• Experience with mental health or behavioral health support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
