Back of House Team Member

Our team members are key individuals for our stores. The following are a Back of House team member’s responsibilities.

• Prepare packaged food items including Oatmeals, Desserts, etc.
• Stock and prepare goods for the smoothie and bowl line
• Cut/chop fruit and other food items
• Wash dishes to maintain a clean work space
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a Kitchen or Production environment
• Knowledge of all recipes and the ingredients included
• Clean and maintain an organized, safe, and secure food environment
• Knowledge of what each ingredient is and its nutrients
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude
• Make the guest happy and promote positive brand image
• Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive attitude
• Previous kitchen or production experience a plus
• Passion for guest service, integrity and strong work ethic
• Must be willing to work mornings (Shift start time is 5:30-6:30am, varies by store)
• Knowledge of health industry preferred
• Passion for organic foods/juicing
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to read and write in English

Pay: $11.50/hr + Tips

Shift Schedule: Mornings 7:00am-1:00pm Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday
