Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Packers to join our team in Burlington, WI. This temporary position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in ensuring products are packaged accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Package products according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Inspect products for quality before packaging.
  • Label, sort, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and work instructions.
  • Assist with general production duties as needed.
  • Meet daily production and quality goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous packing, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. as needed.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
