• Provide administrative support to the agency team
• Maintain organized files and accurate client records
• Update client information in spreadsheets and agency systems
• Follow up with customers regarding policy-related questions and requests
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with general inquiries
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
