About the Role:
The Learning Experience #294 in Rock Hill, SC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Two Year Old Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for two-year-old children
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages early childhood development
  • Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily activities and growth
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
  • Follow all state licensing regulations and childcare health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support overall program goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; CDA, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood education setting
  • Knowledge of toddler developmental milestones and age-appropriate teaching strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of working with two-year-olds, including lifting and active engagement
  • Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
  • Patient, energetic, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for early childhood education
