Gutter Technician Helper

We’re looking for a Gutter Technician Helper to assist with gutter cleaning services throughout the season. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, learn a skilled trade, and be part of a hardworking, friendly crew.

Position Details:

• Location: Richmond, VA
• Pay: Commission only (earn based on each completed job)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, start time 7:00 AM
• Driver’s License: Not required for this helper position
• Employment Type: Seasonal — potential for full-time work (must have a valid driver’s license for full-time consideration)

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day
• Comfortable going up and down ladders and working at heights
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work outdoors in varying weather
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Works well as part of a team
