Union Warehouse Selector (Night)
Job Description
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Starting Pay: $17.95 per hour
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Our Warehouse Loaders play a critical role in ensuring our delivery trucks leave on time with the right products, loaded safely and accurately. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in doing things right, and want a consistent four-day workweek, we'd love to have you on our team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential.
What You'll DoLoad and unload products safely and efficiently.
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documents.
Organize, stack, and stage products for scheduled deliveries.
Inspect shipments for damaged or missing products and report discrepancies promptly.
Help maintain accurate inventory by assisting with cycle counts and identifying discrepancies.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Work closely with teammates to meet nightly loading and shipping goals.
Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment (if trained and certified).
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Dependable attendance and a solid work ethic.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
Safety-minded with a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
This is an active, physically demanding position. Candidates should be able to:
Lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and twist for extended periods.
Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, dust, and moderate noise.
Perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Four-day workweek with three-day weekends every week.
Competitive starting pay of $17.95 per hour.
