Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide accurate parts and labor estimates and explain repair options and recommendations clearly.
• Manage service appointments and maintain organized service schedules.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming service area for customers.
• Utilize automotive service software to track customer history and service records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using automotive service software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
