• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community outreach, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing trusted guidance and exceptional service.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to create a strong sales pipeline and drive business growth.
• Represent the Farmers Insurance brand with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to putting customers first.

• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with district support.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Self-starter who is comfortable prospecting, networking, and generating new business opportunities.
