Part-Time Remote Customer Support Coordinator

Zoomin Groomin Mobile Pet Spa Pay: $15/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10am–12pm & 2pm–5pm Position Type: Part-Time / Work-From-Home

If you enjoy helping people, love dogs, and want a stable part-time job you can do from home, this role is designed for you. You’ll support our groomers, assist customers, and keep our communication channels running smoothly — all without commuting or dealing with high-pressure call center environments.

• Phone Support — Answer calls, help clients with scheduling, and provide friendly service.
• Respond to Leads — Reply to Facebook messages, Yelp inquiries, and Google Local Services leads quickly and professionally.
• Post Dog Photos — Share grooming photos on social media to keep our pages active and engaging.
• Support Groomers — Assist groomers during your shift with communication or scheduling issues.

• Strong communication skills
• Access to MS Office tools, specifically MS Word and OneNote.
• Comfortable using Facebook, Yelp, Google Local Services, and basic social media tools
• Reliable internet connection
• Organized, dependable, and friendly
• Enjoys working independently from home

• Monday–Friday
• 10am–12pm and 2pm–5pm
• Consistent hours every week

• $15/hour
• Paid weekly on Friday.
