Director of Wellness (RN) – Assisted Living
We are seeking an experienced Director of Wellness (RN) to lead the clinical team at a well-established assisted living community. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing clinical staff, and promoting exceptional quality of life for residents.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all clinical operations and resident wellness programs.
Lead, mentor, and support nursing and caregiving staff.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
Maintain high standards of quality care and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or long-term care.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
