Job Summary:

Join us and be a part of Trillium—a mission driven team committed to expanding access to high quality, compassionate care for everyone we serve. The Board Certified or Board Eligible GYN Physician provides patients with primary care services in a licensed diagnostic and treatment center.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Patient Care

  • Provide gynecologic care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Deliver care using an interdisciplinary approach.
  • Provide services to diverse patient populations, including patients with HIV, Hepatitis C, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
  • Participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule for urgent patient needs.
  • Respond to hospital admissions, emergency department visits, critical laboratory results, and urgent patient communications.
  • Provide consultations regarding gynecologic care as requested.
  • Perform patient assessments, examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and other appropriate therapies.
  • Interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results.
  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, procedures, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Refer patients to specialists and community resources when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Complete and maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
  • Prepare required regulatory and organizational reports.

Teaching/Training

  • Precept medical students, residents, and other healthcare learners during clinical rotations.
  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to trainees.
  • Support educational initiatives that promote quality patient care.
  • Maintain professional licensure and credentialing requirements.
  • Complete an average of 50 or more Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits annually.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Participate in quality improvement and quality assurance activities.
  • Support organizational initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Attend required meetings and committees.
  • Assist with policy implementation and operational improvements.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written English Communication skills required.


Education and Experience:

  • MD or DO Degree and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in gynecology preferred.


Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Occasionally the employee must stoop, bend and lift or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
