District Commercial Specialist
Job Description
Farmers Insurance District 73 is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Insurance Specialist who is business-minded, motivated to grow, and passionate about helping business owners protect what they've built. This position serves as the district's primary commercial insurance resource, working alongside 40+ Farmers agency owners to expand commercial insurance production while building your own book of business.
This is an in-office position located in Saginaw, Michigan, with hybrid and remote opportunities available for qualified candidates.
This position offers target first-year earnings of $75,000+, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses. In addition to earning full commissions on your personally produced commercial business, you'll also receive split commissions on qualifying commercial production generated throughout the District 73 agency network.
Unlike a traditional commercial sales role, you'll work directly with more than 40 Farmers agency owners to identify commercial opportunities within their existing client base while developing new business relationships throughout the community. Whether your passion is serving a specific industry or working with businesses across multiple industries, you'll have the flexibility to build your own commercial practice while benefiting from the trusted relationships Farmers agents have already established.
Working closely with district leadership and agency teams, you'll gain the opportunity to become the commercial insurance expert for the district while helping agency owners grow their commercial business. This is a growth-focused opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their career, build a successful commercial insurance business, and position themselves as a trusted advisor to business owners.
If you are motivated, competitive, and ready to build a career with unlimited earning potential while making a meaningful impact on local businesses, this role offers the opportunity, support, and resources to succeed.
