Custodial Technician

Pay: $19.00/hour
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Friday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Assignment Length: 3–6 months

Position Overview

SuiteMate Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Custodians to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing routine custodial and janitorial duties.

Essential Responsibilities

• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust furniture and other surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
• Restock restroom supplies as needed.
• Prepare common areas for daily operations by keeping spaces clean and organized.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
