As a Human Resources Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HR function and oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring that our employees are well-supported and empowered to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives

  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure effective and efficient operations

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement staffing plans, ensuring adequate coverage and talent management

  • Conduct new employee onboarding, employee training, and orientation programs

  • Develop and maintain positive employee relationships, fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and open communication

  • Manage employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and standards

  • Develop and manage the annual budget for the HR department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Strong understanding of human resources principles, labor laws, and regulations

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
