Ahead ABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. You will also maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support

  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Range: $90 - $120/hour

  • Full-Time: 5- 15 hours/week or Part-Time Available

  • Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Requirements:

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
