Job Description
Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned beverage wholesaler proudly distributing a world-class portfolio of beverages throughout Arizona. We are looking for motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Night Delivery Assistants.
As a Delivery Assistant, you will work alongside CDL Drivers to help deliver products safely and efficiently to customer locations. This is a fast-paced, physically active position ideal for candidates who enjoy teamwork, staying active, and working in a warehouse and delivery environment.
ResponsibilitiesAssist CDL Drivers with nightly beverage deliveries to customer accounts
Load and unload products safely and efficiently
Help rotate and stock products at delivery locations
Ensure accurate delivery of orders and invoices
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Support drivers with route completion in a timely manner
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy products consistently throughout the shift
Strong work ethic and reliability
Comfortable working overnight shifts and in varying weather conditions
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
Previous warehouse, delivery, or beverage industry experience is a plus, but not required
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Full-Time Night Shift
