From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.

Position: Business Development Manager

Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours

Compensation:
  • Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission

Reports To: Owner

Territory: Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley, & NELA

Summary:
  • To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand
  • To promote the services of Paul Davis
  • To build industry relationships

Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and client calls
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
  • Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP)
  • Enforce Brand Standards
  • Manage CRM, manage marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, and referrals
  • Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
  • Create social media plan, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly
  • Attend business networking functions to promote the business
  • Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
  • Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses
  • Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
  • Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

Qualifications:

  • Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
