POSITION SUMMARY

PBACO is seeking an energetic, people-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our patient call center, with a primary focus on Patient Access Coordinator roles. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate interested in launching a career in Human Resources and talent acquisition. You will manage the full recruiting cycle — from reviewing resumes to extending offers — while partnering closely with hiring managers and gaining hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN). As you demonstrate success, this role is expected to expand to include recruiting for other positions across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for Patient Access Coordinator (call center) positions
  • Review resumes and applications in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens with potential candidates to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
  • Send and track candidate assessments, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers on candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring decisions
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Extend verbal and written offers of employment to selected candidates
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and requisition statuses in ADP WFN
  • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects PBACO’s culture and values
  • Take on recruitment for additional roles across the organization as the position grows

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required — recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred)
  • Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources and talent acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable spending significant time on the phone
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously
  • Professional, positive demeanor with a customer-service mindset toward candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential candidate information with discretion
