About the Role:

The Dietary Manager is responsible for overseeing the dietary department, including food preparation, service, and sanitation. This includes planning, organizing, and directing the work of dietary aides, cooks, and other support staff. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement nutrition care plans, ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality nutrition and hospitality services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nutritional care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams

  • Supervise and train dietary aides, cooks, and other support staff
