About the Role:
Code 4 Private Security is seeking reliable and professional Pool Attendants for a residential community in Chino. This position focuses on monitoring the pool area, ensuring residents follow community rules, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Shift Details:
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
- 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Weekends required.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool area to ensure safety and rule compliance
- Check resident access and prevent unauthorized entry
- Maintain a visible presence at all times
- Ensure pool area remains clean and organized
- Report any unsafe behavior, incidents, or maintenance issues
- Enforce community rules in a professional and respectful manner
- Assist residents with general questions when needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain attentive and professional in a public setting
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pool attendant or in a customer service role
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience working in residential or HOA communities
