Dining Manager

We are searching for an efficient and flexible restaurant general manager to oversee our high-volume restaurant. You will be held accountable for the restaurant's financial and operational performance. As a restaurant general manager, you will staff, interview, hire, and train teams, as well as coach, manage, and develop them. You must ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. As a restaurant general manager, you must be able to lead a team and provide excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience managing a restaurant or similar role in the customer service industry. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for marketing direction and creative promotions and community events
• Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
• Retain proper inventory levels of food and dining items and make precise plans for anticipated sales patterns
• Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers
• Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
• Must have 2-3 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in food service
• Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
