Pay: $20–$23 per hour + Overtime Opportunities

What You'll Do
Production & Chemical Blending
- Blend and mix chemical products according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Measure, weigh, and label raw materials accurately.
- Operate production equipment and assist with loading railcars and bulk containers.
- Load dry powder materials into processing systems.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, store, and ship materials.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist with inventory counts and material replenishment.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
- Report safety concerns promptly.
Team Support
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support operations.
What We're Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated to work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred
- Warehouse, manufacturing, production, or logistics experience.
- Forklift experience or certification.
- Basic computer and inventory system experience.
No chemical manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
