Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Room, Gloucester, MA. Travel assignment starting 08/10/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,374-$2,567 per week. Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly. Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am), 3x12 nights. You will work in a ER setting with potential to float to a nearby site as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality emergency nursing care to adult and/or pediatric patients following ER protocols and policies
- Perform triage, initial assessment, continuous monitoring, administer medications, establish and manage IVs, and order or assist with diagnostic tests
- Stabilize patients with acute conditions, prepare for procedures, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team
- Monitor patient status, document interventions, and communicate with physicians, case managers, and families
- Ensure patient safety and infection control standards; comply with regulatory requirements and quality measures
- May be required to float to a nearby site as needed; maintain adaptability in a fast-paced ER environment

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC; PALS or ENPC (equivalency) required
- 2+ years telemetry experience; 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
- Education: nursing degree (ASN or BSN)
- Telemetry/ER monitoring proficiency and ability to work nights
- Flu vaccine required during onboarding (declinations not accepted)
