We’re seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator to support a new Outpatient Oncology Program. This RN will coordinate care from diagnosis through treatment while providing education and compassionate support to patients and their families.

Position Highlights:

• Coordinate oncology care throughout the patient journey

• Educate and support patients and families

• Collaborate with providers, pharmacy, infusion staff, and ancillary departments

• Assist with occasional chemotherapy infusions as needed

• Help support and grow a new outpatient oncology program

Requirements:

• Current Oregon RN license or ability to obtain before starting

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification

• Previous oncology navigation or care-coordination experience

• Oncology infusion experience

• EPIC Beacon experience preferred

• Strong communication, education, and care-coordination skills
