General Maintenance Worker - Camp Pendleton, CA

Seeking an experienced General Maintenance Worker to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment, buildings, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, pumps, motors, compressors, overhead doors, gates, lighting, and related equipment.
• Complete facility and grounds maintenance, including lawn care and equipment operation.
• Perform work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment inspections.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and work order documentation.
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements, including OSHA standards.
• Support operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with 240V single- and three-phase electrical systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification within 30 days of hire.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and odors.
• May require overtime, weekends, and on-call assignments.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday with overtime and weekend work as needed.
• Location: Camp Pendleton, CA.
• SCA position with an additional $5.09/hour Health & Welfare benefit.
• 401(k) and company benefits available.
