HOTWORX Clive is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven Fitness Sales Associate to join our team!

This is more than a front desk position - you’ll play an important role in growing our membership, creating an amazing member experience, and representing HOTWORX in the Clive community.

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside our patented infrared saunas, along with a functional training area.

What You’ll Do

• Give energetic studio tours and help turn prospects into members
• Present and sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products
• Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and other outreach
• Work toward individual and studio sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with members
• Help create social media content and promote HOTWORX locally
• Participate in community outreach, events, and local partnerships
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with daily studio operations, transactions, and member needs
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and role-playing

• Evening and Saturday availability required

Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
