Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server with a strong background in wine service to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of fine dining protocols, and the ability to provide personalized wine recommendations to enhance our guests' dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver attentive and professional service to all guests
Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and daily specials
Offer informed wine recommendations and pairings to complement menu selections
Accurately take and input orders into the POS system
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Follow company policies regarding cash handling and credit card transactions
Greet all guests in a hospitable and warm manner
Maintain proper steps of service throughout the dining experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of fine dining experience required
Extensive knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and service techniques
TABC Certification (Required)
Food Handler Certification (Required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Availability for both day and evening shifts
Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
