Grain Elevator Operator/Millwright

Western Prairie Processing is seeking a motivated, dependable leader to join our team in Rhame, ND. This position is ideal for someone with experience in grain handling, grain elevator operations, industrial maintenance, millwright work, management, or a combination of these skills.

The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping our facility operating safely and efficiently while helping maintain equipment and supporting daily grain handling operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor grain receiving, storage, and loadout systems
• Assist with grain quality control and inventory management
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, elevators, bearings, motors, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Assist with seasonal harvest operations and other facility needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a grain elevator, feed mill, processing plant, or similar industrial environment
• Millwright, mechanical maintenance, welding, or fabrication experience
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Management experience
