Front Desk Agent / Re:Fuel Attendant (Part-Time)
Location: Aloft Hotel, Mount Laurel, NJ
Schedule: Part-Time | 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Position Summary

Aloft is seeking an energetic, customer-focused team member to serve in a hybrid role as both a Front Desk Agent and Re:Fuel Attendant. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by assisting with front desk operations while maintaining the Re:Fuel grab-and-go food and beverage area during the morning hours. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Agent Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.

  • Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions.

  • Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality.

  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Re:Fuel Attendant Responsibilities
  • Prepare and stock breakfast and grab-and-go food and beverage items.

  • Ensure Re:Fuel area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.

  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation standards.

  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices.

  • Replenish coffee stations, beverages, snacks, and condiments.

  • Track inventory needs and communicate restocking requirements to management.

  • Assist guests with food and beverage purchases and questions.

General Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and guest service areas.

  • Follow all hotel policies, safety standards, and brand requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous hotel, hospitality, retail, or food service experience preferred.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel software systems.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
