Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Certified Dietary Manager (CDM):

• Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively supervise dietary staff and food service operations

Responsibilities of the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM):

• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility dietary regulations

• Supervise dietary staff and maintain department schedules
