Custodian / Janitorial Associate

Location: Pearland, TX
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to join a manufacturing facility in Pearland, TX. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is reliable, and is able to communicate effectively in English.

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Dust and wipe down furniture, equipment, and work surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and production areas
• Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards
• Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to speak and understand English
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Must complete the company's standard hiring process
