Do you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in your community? Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide overnight support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Conway area.
As a DSP, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact lives every day.
What You'll Do:'05; Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed
'05; Promote independence and community inclusion
'05; Monitor safety and provide overnight support
'05; Complete required documentation and reports
'05; Support individual goals and quality of life

- Sunday: 10 pm - 8 am
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 10 pm - 8 am
- Friday: 10 pm - 8 am
- Saturday: OFF
