Responsibilities
- Review current policies with clients to ensure their coverage aligns with their actual life needs.
- Proactively reach out to members of our local Goodlettsville community to introduce them to the protection we offer.
- Prepare clear, accurate quotes that provide peace of mind to our policyholders.
- Address billing questions or general account concerns with patience and care.
- Maintain accurate client records within our internal agency database.
- Collaborate with the rest of our small office to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our door.
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License or be willing to obtain
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Strong comfort level with computer systems and digital documentation.
- Genuine interest in helping people manage their personal risks.
- Ability to articulate complex information clearly to a wide variety of people.
